I know they just seem to propel themselves with the power of their minds, whenever I try it I end up falling on my bum, having aching muscles and gasping for breath after a few minutes!

Really awesome. That double Axel form a spreak eagle is awesome. I have been workin on a single out of a spread eagle. No easy task...You do really wonderful vids.
